  : Room had very comfy bed, table & chair, flatscreen, fridge, closet, enough sockets, ensuite bathroom with large shower and abundant toiletries; room & bathroom are modern and very clean, bed is made everyday; breakfast is very(!) varied; very large public parking at 5-10 minutes walking (Explanada del Muelle); friendly staff; large roof terrace/bar with ocean view and volcano el Teide

  : Super noisy. Room door isnt super fit, and other doors close super loudly, so its quite impossible to sleep without ear plugs

  : The location was fantastic, in the pedestrian part of the old town, easy to walk everywhere and it was a decent hotel. The staff were very helpful, especially the wonderful Miguel. The pool area is good, with a couple of very comfortable beds, and the yoga on a Saturday morning with Blanca was great.
  : Breakfast was quite poor, we thought. The cooked options were dull and not very well cooked, the one time we ordered an gg over easy it came bullet hard. Although we were in a pedestrian area trucks came every morning to load/unload around 6am which work us up. The fan never worked in the very basic bathroom, despite reporting it, and the shower worked in 1 minute waves of going from warm-ish water to very, very hot. There were only 6 hangers in the room, not enough for a week's stay! When it rained several times, no-one bought in or covered the cushions so it was not possible to sit on the sunbeds
