  : Location was great, the little square was cute and we liked the big windows in the living room
  : No windows in the bedroom, wifi not working, sofa quite used and not big enough, not comfortable

  : Central location close to the Metro.Beautiful building. Very clean and living area bright and spacious.
  : Sofa was very uncomfortable. It had rained for two days solid so we couldnt go out exploring and had to sit on the bed as the sofa was rock hard.

  : Location , nice neighborhood. Close to transit,grocery stores.
  : There was no air conditioning as advertised- only a fan. Lack of some kitchen utensils like a sharp knife. Shower leaked water across the bathroom floor. People above or workers ? Above making noise for over two hours Sunday morning. Walking back and forth or banging at 7 am constantly. Handrails missing in staircases.

  : Communication -quick, polite, kind, effective;Managed by lovely, helpful people;Location-close to majority places of interest and almost next to a train station which connects to airport;Apartment -very pleasant, clean, bright, well equipped and comfortable;We really enjoyed ourselves there, felt really comfortable in general. Almost nothing else to ask for:)

  : The location was great, if someone is ready to go down to the centre for like five minutes and to return home the same amount of time, but up the hill. The balcony was an amazing feature too, but it has been raining for the majority of our stay. It would be great if there was some kind of cover on the balcony to at least let the people go out and not get soaking wet. The apartment is very beautiful too.
  : The noise from other people who stayed in the same building kept my family members awake during the night or in the mornings. It cannot be that difficult to leave a couple of coffee capsules for the people who are staying, although it also was not difficult to buy them. The big bed was great, but the sofa bed was not.

  : No luggage storage after checking out. There is storage place opposite apartment but with a fee, charge by the hour.

  : Great location near the metro and some great food options! Great kitchen and living spaces as well!
  : The bathroom was gorgeous however the shower door leaked at the wall - water was all over the bathroom floor along the wall.
