: Amazing location, a short walk from town, on a lively street of bars and restaurants. Very clean and tidy. Had helpful amenities such as toaster, fridge, iron, hairdryer. Lovely clean swimming pool, which wasn't too busy. Not too many places in Porto have a pool so it was a real gem. Overall really happy with our stay. We would come again.
: The beds (especially the sofa bed) could have been comfier. The air conditioning didn't quite reach the bedroom and there was no plug in fan. Towels and pillows were provided for the pool, but no deck chairs / sun loungers so not comfy to sunbathe for a long time.

: - great location near the historic city centre, but tucked away with a pool garden. Oporto Bakery just down the street with tasty bread and a lot of sweets - kitchen utilities including small sachets olive oil, vinegar, salt, mayonnaise, ketchup and mustard. Toast, marmelade, honey, tea, coffee cups, white/brown sugar and Pringles. Also complementary two small bottles of water and two beers - pool & garden - late check-out upon request - courteous communication via WhatsApp with host Pedro
: - more detailed instructions needed regarding the combo washing machine/dryer - couch is not comfortable to sit/sleep on - temperature shower is hard to regulate - noisy within the building

: great location and great pool.
: pull out bed was very uncomfortable. I was not provided with bedsheets or a towel until the second day when I called and asked and even then was still not given a pillowcase. Also, the wrong phone number is on the booking details so we had trouble checking in as we were ringing someone who is not connected to the property. they never respond to emails and so I also incurred charges having to make international calls .
