: We had a massive issue of ants. Multiple occasions we had swarms of ants going through the apartment and there wasnt even any food present. Over 2-300 ants at a time, me and my 3 friends spent hours getting rid of the ants to find after a few hours they were back again. The property owners did come and clean them up once but we had this issue every day of our 5 day trip. The cleanliness of this apartment has lead me to question booking.coms policy of allowing such unhygienic properties to even be advertised

: The night shift guy was very very helpful with check in process at late night. Also staff at the main office very helpful. Great location . Walking distance to everything.
: I didn't like the automatic reply for everything. I had some special requests and all i get is a robot talking to me. I hope you check the messages some times

: Location was central which was good, although quite noisy/rough.
: Incompetent staff, time consuming check in process. Stressful/difficult process for picking up keys. Staff completely clueless about the property/our name/parking, just all took much longer than it should have and it was really inconvenient to go somewhere in the city in the car, take ages picking up keys, and then drive to the apartment. There was a key box at the front door of the apartment so Ive no idea why this was necessary! Apartment was very tired and everything was a bit grubby and cheap.

: Staff. Cleaning Service. There was no cleaning for 1 week. Utilities to wash dishes like soaps were not available. Not even bathing.
