  : The facilities and the location were lovely.
  : As previously alluded to in reviews the bottom step on the first floor is an optical illusion. My mother fell down the steps and had to attend hospital from the fall. This step should have black tape on it to ensure this doesnt happen to others. The lip on the front door also should be marked.

  : terrible service. In over 120 bookings via booking and I had never met something like this. before arrival they were spamming with emails regarding the personal data needed for registration etc. The details regarding the apartment check-in we're promised before arrival.The apartment should be available since 1600. at 15.52 I started to call them. The unpleasant lady in the customer service (been transferred twice and had to talk to the bot first) told me they still have time (it was 15:58 ).She told me she is sending the check in details.As they were not delivered I called them again. another lady told me they were sent. I asked to resend them and check it with her on phone as long as I finally get them. No saying sorry, no explanation, according the the service everything was perfect. I'm sure I would never get the check-in details if I wasn't so stubborn. The apartment itself was ok but only for people who likes to have this uncertainty to the last minutes and have patience to call the bots in the customer service.We are customers, not the guests here.

  : The location, the space of apartment, nice interior, very clear. Pleasant to stay for sure. We got bottle of wine for welcome, it was unexpected :)
  : Air conditioner was not working properly, cooling option was not working. We informed the property, so I hope its working now.
