  : Flat was perfect for two people, good location, the staff were so helpful. The flat was clean, the breakfast they gave us on day 1 was a lovely touch.
  : There wasn't much we didn't like to be honest. They need to warn you its two flights up with no lift so carrying heavy suitcases would not be appropriate for elderly people but other than that nothing.

  : This was our second time here and the location is incredible. The beach and the boardwalk are just across the street with breathtaking views. There are lots of restaurants nearby and the walk into the city of Porto is a beautiful one. Breakfast is served in a basket daily and the communication with the team is outatanding.

  : The closeness to the sea and supermarkets and restaurants. Brilliantly equipped appartment and very happy with supply of essentials, coffee/tea/sugar, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper, dish washer tablets and washing powder for the washer/drier. So easy to get bus into centre of Porto. Liked the free breakfast being delivered on the first morning - a nice touch.
  : This was last minute booking due to problem with another property booked months previously which they cancelled night before our arrival. Normally being 80 I would have preferred some outside space and a lift as we were on 2nd floor and bedroom was again up stairs but it was a lovely appartment and we managed. Staff were delightful and Tania from housekeeping couldnt do more to assist in any way she could. Altogether a great friendly team.

  : Cleverly designed, clean and well located apartment in a lovely neighborhood with easy parking and transit options. Hosts were easy to communicate with and very accommodating. High-end residential neighborhood with everything you could need including amazing sea front sunsets, convenience stores and restaurants within walking distance.

  : Location (with view on ocean) was perferct. Nice to have a bus (line 500) that goes in Porto center. Very accomodating distance to grocery stores and restaurants. Host was very available and polite when we had difficulty retriving the key to the appartement (see other comment below).
  : For a first time guest, the check-in procedures coud be quite tedious and difficult to grasp perfectly, but understandable since owners do not live on-site. Got a little frustrated when the instructions said to open the front door with the 6 digit code and then open the middle mailbox behind the door and enter the 4 digit of the black keybox. I did open the front door with the 6 digit code, and then proceeded to use the 4 digit code from the 'wooden' mailbox behind the door, only to find out after calling the owner and having him comme on-site that it wasn't the 'wooden' mail box behind the door that had the correct black key box, but the 'stainless steel' mail box on the wall that had the same black key box. An embarrassing moment for me, but the owner was quite understanding and took it with good humor.
