  : Very complete studio apartment run by a charming lady. By having the beds on a loft there was ample space downstairs. The patio in front was partially covered and protected from the elements, while the vine covered rear of the patio gave additional shade which was not necessary during my stay but would be nice during the height of summer. The studio is located within walking distance (less than 5min) from the San Rossore station and the leaning tower (10min).
  : Due to its proximity to the tracks people unaccustomed to the sound of trains might find it difficult to sleep, however, frequency of the trains wasn't so high. Having grown up next to train tracks the sound bothered me none, the barking of the neighborhood dogs registered more for me. Finally, because its located at the end of a neighborhood/partial industry area, not everyone might feel comfortable walking there alone after dark. That said, I never encountered another soul and felt quite safe.

  : Nothing it was not good
  : I have about 60 mosquito bites on me. The place did not have mosquito nets over windows like it says. The pool was not open. The shower did not drain. The wifi didnt work. The bathroom stunk because of the drains. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and overall the place was not clean. The host was unfriendly and told us to leave when her booking was wrongly advertised - not even an apology. I have been travelling 8 months staying in hostels and hotels and this was probably the worst place I stayed and I paid the most for this place.

  : The location and accommodation was great. The space was great - be careful of mosquitos though as there were so many when sitting on the seating area outside - with decent air conditioning, fridge and everything else you could need for a short stay. Pool was appreciated as it was 30 degrees when we were there in September. A short walk to a smaller train station which took us to Lucca. A 15 minute taxi ride from the airport and a 10 minute taxi ride to Pisa Centrale. A supermarket just on the other side of the local train station. The Leaning Tower is a 10/15 minute walk - takes you straight by the supermarket I just mentioned - and there are loads of restaurants. If you're looking for restaurant/coffeeshop recommendations, I'd recommend Il Peperoncino for food and Filter for coffee/pastries.

  : Relaxing and beautiful place. With a pool to cool down and a shady terrace. Nicolletta was helpfull with every request ! When there was a problem she immediately came to solve it .

  : Very good location for visiting the tower and cathedral! Short walk to the highlights. Nice small swimmingpool for the kids. 1.30m deep Nice and quiet garden. Chalet was spacious. Terras in the shade to sit in front. Good communication with the owner when payment with creditcard wasn't possible. Flexible solution.
  : Cleanliness could have been better. The bathroom particularly. The aggressive musquitoes in the garden. We bought Deet in the Lidl nearby. We could use it in the city centre as well. Musquito problem is bigger than this accomodation. The rest was fine.

  : Seems the problem of the whole region - tons of insects, but fortunately most of them are outside the house A bit noisy in the evening because of trains

  : The house is spacious and there's a big garden also but it is very close to the tower and the old City. It is possible to park in the garden. Heating was suitable. The owner was very kind.
  : The bed was not so comfortable. The lighting of the living room was poor.
