  : Location was the reason we selected this place
  : Parking was the other reason - there is parking in a square nearby if you are lucky to find a place. It is a public paid parking. There is no way these rooms can claim to have parking.

  : Breakfast was not included.
  : Staff was already asleep when I arrived at the location, there was no answer at the door, after calling them they opened the door and gave me the room keys in whispers and a dark coridoor which felt very unsafe for a single traveller. There was very little value for money, room did not even have a bottle of water, there was no milk for the coffee and there was no staff to ask any questions, for the exorbitant amount I was charged for the room, I was at least expecting basic amenities. From 6 in the morning there was a lot of noise outside the room which made it impossible to sleep after a long flight. I would not stay here again.

  : Great location not far from the train station. Easy walk to the main attractions of Pisa. Located on a side street with secure access to the building. There is a doorbell marked up with 6 Keys to press and checking in at 9pm was problem free. The room was basic but ideal for a base to explore Pisa. Free WiFi worked well with a strong signal. Ideal for a few days if you're looking for a budget friendly place to stay in Pisa.
  : The shower water pressure was quite low and hard to maintain a set temperature.

  : Location is perfect, super nice people.Comfortable bed, everything was clean, soft towels. In the room I found water, tea, coffee and snacks
  : Only one negative moment - it was noisy, I could hear literally everything from other rooms.
