  : The room was cute.
  : It was so dusty and dirty. The carpet was gross. There was an entry way rug that was stained and dirty. The coffee table was covered in food crumbs in the crevices. The bathtub had hair and mold. The baseboards were dusty along with the door cut outs.

  : Building, apartment and gym are beautiful. Its in a pet friendly facility with lovely neighbours and beautiful surroundings!
  : The email instructions should be a lot more simple and concise. If it wasnt for the building staff I wouldnt have found the lockbox and codes and they have to help others All the time even though theyre not Sonder staff. Its them that make the building excellent. Getting a check in 30 minutes earlier after paying extra for the earliest available check in time seemed like such an easy hassle

  : Great location, very quite neighborhood for being in downtown.
  : The first room I received was not cleaned from the previous guests, so that really put a damper on things. However the staff was very quick to make things right and get me in a new room. If the first room was clean I would have given this place a 10/10.

  : the privateness of the room and overall place. The set up and safety of the location as well as the security of the building and room. Me and wife were able to be completely alone and unfindable we have a very busy life and we needed to be away from the world for a couple of days and this place allowed us to do so i felt as if i was at home in my own apartment downtown didn't feel like I was in a motel or anything close to it which was amazing we slept like kings and queen once we got past the dirty walls and furniture in the living room lol.
  : The walls were very dirty and furniture had left over substances on the side arm of the couch. the check in was kind of a lot and a long drug out process I had to speak with employees from another building in order to find out where I needed to go and how to find my lockbox.

  : The property is clean and a close central location.
  : The directions to get in were wrong, there was only one key fob and they said you get two and would charge If ones were missing. There were no comms prior to that about any changes.The room was missing chrome cast for the tv to work and we spent a lot of time getting the staff to believe us that it was missing. Early check in price wasnt worth it due to the directions being wrong to get in so we had to search the building for 30 mins. The shampoo holder in the shower was broken and you could not easily pump out the other items in the shower Overall, the main reasons we booked more of an apartment style was to be able to utilize what the property said was available . For a large company and a fairly expensive room, there should be a check from staff to make sure things are working (or there) before new guests arrive.

  : My room wasnt very clean. There was dog hair still on the floor and the bedding didnt look clean.

  : The place was fairly dirty but the location was great and the service was just ok. I would suggest a good clean of the place. The location is amazing though
