: The bed was comfortable.
: Multiple issues checking in. Hostess gave us the wrong code so we ended up checking in late. The code wouldn't work once we would leave the unit, so we got locked out multiple times. She was very hard to work with. Wet pillow cases & a filthy floor. We were in the unit for 5 min when my 1yo spilled some water on the floor. I used a napkin to wipe it up and saw crumbs all around the baseboards and the napkin was near black from the small 1' x 1' area I wiped! Sick. Stated heated pool in the property description, did not seem heated at all, we couldnt swim.

: The location was very good, close to everything that one would need, only 10-15 mins from airport. The unit was clean and very well stocked in a nice, well kept complex. The furnishings were generally excellent. The parking garage made parking and access very easy and secure.
: One bedroom was very noisy at night with sound from the air conditioning (?). Cold air coming on and off in the night made it harder for sleeping. Instructions and codes were very detailed and somewhat confusing.

: Little cramped for us. But perfect for skinny couples. Too many obstacles in the way. Needed fans. No towels at the pool at all. No service at this facility

: It was complicated to get in with different codes required. They had too many rules to follow. There was a letter in the door saying the owner hadn't paid his fees and action would be taken. This is nit acceptable and you should remove them from your site.
