: The view was the only good thing!
: I booked a King-size bed with a balcony, advertised as a spacious 500 sq. ft. room. Upon arrival, I was extremely disappointed to find a cramped room with a Queen-size bed. Measuring the room with my iPhone revealed it was missing 150 sq. ft. from the advertised size. To make matters worse, I discovered bees on the balcony. When I spoke to an Engineering employee who came to address the issue, he confirmed that my room was one of the smallest available. A housekeeper echoed this, further validating my concerns.The rooms are nothing like the pictures online. They are misleading and completely misrepresent what you actually get. The toilet buttons didn't even work properly, and you had to maneuver it just to flush.
