  : The location was good.
  : The front desk girl wasn’t very helpful. When I arrived she told me she didn’t have the room I made reservations for. She offered a king bed for 3 adults. That wouldn’t work for us. She offered a roll out bed, which arrived filthy with what appeared to be blood stains on it. I called to the desk and asked them to come remove it. The room had a couch with a hide a bed which was clean. Under the cushions of the sofa was opened sour patch kids candy. The bathtub was dirty and had a dirty rag handing on the shower curtain rod. We also went to the alumni house to eat breakfast. The booth we sat in was filthy!!! It had dried tomato seeds and dried ketchup on the booth wall. There was other things dried and stuck to the wall which I had no idea what it was. When I left I told the same front desk girl I wanted to speak with the manager on duty, but was told she wasn’t available. I asked if I could call her to talk to her and was told yes. I called the number and the same girl answered the phone and said “is this about room xxx.” I said yes. She said “well I told her and she is giving you $25 off your room.” NOT acceptable! I also attempted to reach out to the corporate office which I was put on an extended hold and had to hang up. I will be calling back!
