  : The price. That is absolutely it.
  : The hotel smelled awful. The cloth chair in our room had marks all over it. It looked stain or just not cleaned. The bathroom had hairs all over it like it had not been cleaned. The person at the desk did not speak good English and ignored me for several minutes when my son accidentally spilled his tea all over the lobby floor so it ran everywhere. The man just looked at me like I wasn’t even talking to him. I didn’t appreciate that.

  : I liked the style of the king rooms with the sofa bed and the location was perfect next to the interstate.
  : Check in was awful. Came in town for a basketball tournament. We checked in after the tournament ready to take showers and relax but we had to wait in the waiting area (which was nice) for 30 mins because the computer wasn't working. The guy at the desk said there was nothing he could do. Didn't make any calls, didn't tey the other computer, just sat there and waited. The pool was out of service, which was an amenity included in booking. That should be advertised. I could feel the springs in the mattress, I killed 3 small roaches (2 crawling on my bed), and the same guy at the desk 14 hrs later wouldn't give our girls any extra towels which turned into an argument with the basketball coach and he called the cops. Luckily we were only there 1 night and won't return.
