  : Nice place, near from metro and 15 min by walk to Louvre. Nice restaurants nearby. The apartment is complete, the best deal to stay with kids. In my case I was with my two daughters (4 an 1 year old).
  : We ran out of hot water on the first day. We had been warned that possibility but it was the only negative thing.

  : in front of the Grand Rex theater. Excepcional view, in the very popular zone of Paris. Very recomendable.
  : Just I recommend take lysol spray and odor refresher before use the studio, because it was a bad smell of sweat when we arrived!

  : Very close to Metro and central Paris. Easy secure access. Very comprehensive check in info.
  : Slightly noisy when neighbours are staying. But this would be expected with this type of apartment in central Paris. A towel rail in the bathroom and some coat hooks by the door would be a couple of easy things to bring big practical improvements. Possibly a full length mirror too. Needs better pillows too.

  : 1. Disappointing amenities: No bathroom amenities and extra toilet paper (except towels), no kitchen equipment like basic seasoning, tea, coffee, etc (except utensils), misleading instruction about kitchen appliances: it said there is a microwave and an oven, but turned out that there is no oven but only a microwave 2. Painful and absurd water heating system: You basically cannot use the hot water at the necessary times like in the morning and in the evening regardless in the bathroom or in the kitchen since the amount of hot water is limited in the building and it is a first come first serve competition system with your next door neighbours. Even if you use an urgent heating option, you need to wait minimum 2hours which is basically meaningless 3. 100% no soundproof:You can hear your next door neighbours coughing every time 4. Very small size of the room and bathroom

  : Close to a lot of public transport stations, restaurants and pubs. A 20 minute walk to the Louvre and the Pompidou Center.
  : We had issues with the heating, the wires from the only radiator in the room were cut. We asked the host to fix the issue, but it wasn't fixed during our stay. The host was responsive and he gave us access to an electrical one that kept us warm.The bathroom was not very clean, I found hairs on the shower walls and on the towels.

  : Only the location is good, everything else is very bad. The building is old, there was no hot water for two days.

  : * Studio is on a very lively street with lots of humming and life. * Has a kitchen and dining table if needed. * Restaurants were open at least till 1am!
  : * There was no air conditioner. And since it was hot, we had to keep windows open which made it quite noisy with outside noise even at 1 am. * There were no toiletries provided! Nothing at all which is very strange when there is a full kitchen given. * Room was quite congested. Once you open the sofa bed (we were 2+2) there wasn't space for the dining table and our bags. * There non-emergency number but host never responded to that when needed for non-emergency question. * Host asked to print and sign some documents which appeared foolish as we visitors didn't have access to a printer while visiting Paris.

  : Room was in a great location. Metres from metro stop, and right near all the big tourist spots
  : Construction in the apartment next to ours with drilling and metal grinding all day, every day. Construction outside too, so couldn't open the windows.
