  : The owner didn't have us the password for the room right away even if we had paid for the whole price. The sheet's could have been cleaner found some hair. They asked us for IDs and our credit card after we paid otherwise we wouldn't get the password. All in all really bad communication with the residence. Not easy to communicate and be relaxed before your amazing. Trip to Paris

  : i visit paris almost every year, and it's been like that over 20 years. so i can say i know paris well as a visitor. this hotel was better than i expected for how much i paid for, clean, location, style, comfortable, all was better than i imagine it would be. this hotel is definitely the one i would look for, for next visit.
  : after payment, After payment, the hotel asked me to send photos and ID photos of myself and the other people who will be staying at the hotel, in order to prevent scams, which have recently happened, We sent all of the requested photos, but it took a long time to get a reply from the hotel about how to access the hotel. So, I had to contact Booking.com customer service. For a moment, I was scared that it might have been a scam because they were asking for all of our sensitive information. The reservation page should have noted all of this.
