  : The location was excellent and the staff were very helpful.
  : The first room we were given had no view and was tiny. We were moved to a larger room the next day. Both rooms are the same price so perhaps mention this when booking.

  : The kindness of the staff was great, the room was very clean, as the same the bathroom, that was big enough. The bed very comfortable and the position near the city centre, with a metro stop near the hotel

  : Very good location. We walked to nearly everything. Two blocks away from tons of restaurants, very active evening scene. The Breakfast was very good. Great granola, great coffee, croissants, cheese. Very good helpful staff. Good shower. Coffee maker. TV.
  : The first room given us (33) had strong mildew and no air circulation due to a wall block. The view was of the wall next to us. Fortunately, they gave us a much better room after our first night. There the bed was a double, not a queen bed as they claimed. The elevator was the tightest - certainly not for big people or any claustrophobic. Very early one morning, a toaster in the kitchen caused a shrill alarm which took them over 20 minutes to turn off. (at least they apologized). Beware that we had to pay another 10 euro per night for the city tax.

  : Room was a dormer on the 6th floor. Was very very small. Ceiling was low and you could not stand without hitting your head on the ceiling in half the room. bathroom was extremely small, small shower, small toilet and small sink. Barely could turn around. Elevator only went up to the 4th floor and the you take some very narrow steps to the 6th floor. Room had one small window that looked out to the roof of an adjacent building. Only positive was the front desk person ..Houtine. He tried to be as helpful as he could. I would not stay there again. Infact booking .com should give me a refund, because that is not what I booked.

  : We stayed on level 6, the lift only goes to level 4, so you have to struggle to take your suitcases up 2 floors of very narrow stairsRoom had a sloping ceiling which took up 1/3 of room, so constantly banging your head. Made room very small with suitcases.Minor points but worth noting - No soap, No shampoo, No hooks to hang anything.Entry door narrow as door bangs onto air-conditioner.Some of this is to be expected in a historic building.
