Studio - Apartments Castle Complex 2

Disappointing

  : The room was very warm.
  : The studio is around 15 min walk from the slopes and you have to walk on a steep hill in order to reach them. The bed is broken... one of you basically falls on the floor when you lie down. The mattresses were very uncomfortable and our room was not cleaned even once for our 5 nights stay, no additional shampoos or body wash. We made a reservation for the hotel restaurant but once we got there they told us that the hotel haven't informed them so we didn't have a table reserved = we didnt eat. You can take your dog but you have to pay extra 10lv per day. The kitchen is not fully equipped, also. The bathroom floods itself every time you take a shower. The WiFi Password was not written anywhere so we used a hotspot. Parking at the hotel was almost never possible, cars block each other, park on the main road etc., even though it should be included in the rooms price.

  : Shower cabin was broken,no view from apartment, balconies looked strait into next building. Furniture was worn out and in bad condition.

  : The front lady was nice, the location is good and it was clean.
  : It was minor details like my sheets had a hole in them, not able to connect to wi-fi, sauna was not included in the price the check-in is a bit confusing. Nothing major really but for that price should be a bit better

  : The complex is very close to the slopes and the restaurant of the complex was great. Not the pub that you go to from Complex 1, but the restaurant in the next building.
  : The staff was absolutely disoriented and the general organisation of how and where things are done was a disaster. We were being referred from one place to another. The staff generally were nice, however that does not take out the complete lack of organisation and professionalism. We arrived and wanted to park, the parking staff told us to first go to the reception and there they will tell us where to park. From reception 2 (we were staying in complex 2), they sent us to Reception 1, because some of the apartments in complex 2 were actually rented by Complex 1. On reception 1 they told us they cannot tell us where to park, because they are not at the parking. We asked for extra towels right after we checked in - never received them. The light bulb in the living room in our apartment stopped working as well. The bathroom cabin had a faulty door where the glass-imitation was about to fall off. In our booking, there was no mentioning of using the spa facilities at extra charge, however, when we got to the location it appeared that was the case. The sauna was 15 BGN/hour and you had to tell them an hour in advance, so that they can turn it on, which is simply ridiculous. To compare, when reserving through booking.com it was specifically mentioned that if we wanted breakfast included, there was an additional charge. However, the facilities included in the list had no such information added to them (oh and if you would like to use the pool table, you have to pay extra as well). To top it all off, when we got to the location, it appeared that if you reserve a room/apartment at the spot it costs 150 BGN LESS than the price on booking.com. And to make this even better, the phone number they have listed in booking.com and on google is not the correct one and they do not have their own website. Not to mention the wild group of families that were screaming and shouting and letting their kids slam doors and run and shout in the corridor from 23:00 at night.
