  : It was beyond spacious with a great view of Snezhanka tower. The kitchen had all facitilties for cooking, like an appartment reaally, not a hotel. However we paid for dinner (only 13 euross) so its a great deal considered Pamporovo restaurants are pretty expensive. Also you cn pay for one dinner/two or more, so you are free to go to other hotels for more. I likes the spaciousness, would go there again definitely Stuff was very friendly, especially the woman of the bar
  : The spa was not working due to technical issues (at all), until 14th of March, which was inconvenient becqause they didnt text us in advance. However, we forgot our swimsuits so it was not too bad. Pamporovo in general, looked pretty empty in that time of the year *March. However, is worth a visit and would go again in january

  : There was hot water and it was warm otherwise the complex was a big disappointment. It exists in its old glory.
  : Almost everything - We received a studio that did not correspond to any of the pictures uploaded to booking. Its condition was tragic - super neglected and worn out, yes the sheets were washed but there were stains on them. The carpet, the mattress, the bathroom, everything was old and shabby, and it definitely couldn't be said that it was well-cleaned. Complex allows pets and should have another type of maintenance and cleaning. Thank goodness my child is not allergic to animals. There were 2-3 plates and several glasses in the cupboards, some of which had broken and peeled edges. There were 2 spoons and 2 forks left, and there were three of us, yes one of us is a child, but he doesn't need to eat with utensils. Some of the glasses were left dirty in the cupboard. In the bathroom, the sink was placed on a wooden table, the edges of which were peeling and raised by moisture and water, apparently the owners needed 100-200 BGN to replace it with the simplest one made of suitable material. The package we paid for included breakfast and dinner. If you are thinking of an option for the cheapest meal, this is what they will offer you. Dinner consisted of 2-3 cooked dishes and two salads. Yes, I admit they were deliciously made, otherwise their guests would hate them. And you know, if I don't like something or you come across such a terrible studio like ours (I guess they have something more normal) from the administrative staff, they will explain to you how if you don't like it, you can cancel your stay and booking will get your money back. Absolutely no problem, you travel for 3-4 hours (I don't think Romanians) and then you can walk back Will not repeat it for sure.
