  : We kept having issues with the AC's leaking in both the kitchen and the bedroom and at one point it even leaked all over our bed. Even though we had a few setbacks, the staff was amazing and had quick response time to correcting the issue! All of the maintenance staff were very friendly and personable and the management team even stopped by to ensure we had a great stay by bringing us new bedding and mattress and making sure everything was in tip top shape! Normally I would be upset but with their quick response and AMAZING customer service we were very pleased with our stay and would love to go back for many years to come! Thank you wagon wheel for providing us with exceptional customer service, this is something you don't receive very often this day in age and your establishment exemplified customer service!

  : The site that I was assigned was very small for my large trailer,not very many transit sites.

  : the place was clean and roomy the kitchen lacked a few things not enough silverware and maybe a few more glasses and plates we were a family of 5 had only 4 forks 4 of everything .

  : The location and cabin were great. Staff were helpful. They allowed me to bring my dog which was great!
  : The queen bed mattress was so bad we couldn’t sleep on it. My wife slept on the couch and I slept in the other room. Luckily we were only there for two nights. There was only one staff member and because of this, he couldn’t get another mattress put in. Overall, sleeping was quite uncomfortable.
