  : The owner was very friendly and quick to respond with any questions prior to the trip. Her motel is in a great location with free parking. Room was clean with a nice porch, picnic and grilling area. We did not use the grill or pool but nice option to have. It was one of the most affordable locations in OOB and great for day trips around Portland and other towns, would stay again due to affordability and location when planning a relatively last minute trip.
  : Met expectations for a budget rental in the summer, it is dated as expected but functional. Shower could use some work, the kitchen sink leaked, but grateful to have access to a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker during our stay.

  : The motel was difficult to find, as the street is divided in two by a railroad track. After twice trying to find it, I had to call and get person-to-person directions. The room was not fancy, but very clean and comfortable. I couldn't get the overhead fan/light to work, however, nor could I find the button to turn on the air conditioner.
