  : Great space for our family of four. We stayed in room #4 Kitchenette is stocked with all necessary items. Living area with eat in area and tv. Bathroom is off the kitchenette. Simple but serves its purpose. The shower head could be updated with a new multi setting one. Water pressure is strong but unable to adjust. Bedrooms are upstairs, very open and airy. Must go through 1st room to get to 2nd bedroom. Cable tv in both rooms, ocean view from front room. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

  : Close to beach. Beach was beautiful. Place was clean.
  : Not mention in the ad is the fact that there is a train track that runs right behind the building. Train was going by almost constantly and it kept us up all night. Kitchenette was not as described and wasn’t offered another room with better kitchen until after we already unpacked. Pool was closed to hotel despite pool being mention in description. Pool was in fact open to other hotel however that owned by same management. AC was only on the second floor of the townhouse and was freezing while the bottom floor was way too hot. Fire alarm went off any time you tried to cook.

  : Proximity to town was great! Shower pressure was awesome!
  : Unit was tight quarters in the downstairs area. Not really room to sit and eat comfortably. Futon was not good. Upstairs beds were not comfortable at all.

  : The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and it had 2 bedrooms
  : The place was severely outdated and felt dirty. No AC except for one bedroom and the shower was tiny. Paid well over $500 for 2 nights which I felt was not a good value for what you received. No housekeeping and the outside trash receptacles were full of stinky trash and flies.

  : Large parking spaces (a rare find in OOB). Two bedrooms, two story layout. Location is ideal, across the street from the beach. Close enough to all the action, but just far enough away for quiet. Excellent WiFi. A great find in OOB. We didn’t see much of the staff, but they were excellent during check in/out and super helpful and personable with any linen exchange.
  : Only 1 AC unit upstairs to cool entire condo, but it did pretty well. Small shower with no shelving to place shampoo or soap on. But that’s just being nit picky. The property was perfect for our needs.
