  : The hotel had the nastiest strong smelling mildew musty sent! There were rat traps set up around the facility. Also saw a pest control van there

  : The location was great, the restaurant is good, it was fairly clean, the option to have a cottage for families was nice.
  : Everything was dated or not working correctly. The stove didn’t work, the tv didn’t work. The bed was very uncomfortable.

  : The price was ideal for a weekend away, and the room itself was clean...but that's where the 'pro's' stopped.
  : We were assigned room 305.Starting on Thursday, the day we checked in.The top hinge on the BR door had no pin. It was literally hanging. We couldn't open or close the door properly. So I called someone. When I opened the door, she said with an attitude,'What's wrong with the door?' No hello, no good afternoon, nothing. So I showed her, and she took a picture. I also showed her the screws in the other door hinges and outlets were coming out, as well as the broken nightstand drawers. She said she knew the drawers were broken and had someone bring a newer night stand. She said she'd call maintenance and have them there 1st thing on Friday. They never came.Also, on that Thursday, I asked for 1 or 2 additional pillows, but they never came.The toilet started to overflow. I called the front desk for help, and they came with a snake and said it was fine. My kids and I left for a few hrs. When we came back, the toilet started to back up again, so I went down to the front desk to personally ask someone for help. The front desk attendant came up with a snake again and figured out that we had to hold the toilet handle down until everything flushed properly.The beds!!! The bed springs were poking through the liner. They had such a bad dip in both mattresses that even sitting on them, you could feel the box spring underneath.Every time you moved, you moved on a spring coil. It was by far the worst nights sleep we've ever had. And we were there for 3 nights.Even though we had the 'please make up the room sign on the door, no one ever came to turn over the room. No clean sheets at all. They were changed not one time during our stay.I had to call for housekeeping twice. No one came on Thursday nor Friday. Friday night about 7pm, I again called for housekeeping, and a guy came up and asked my 13yr old 'what do you want me to do?' So my CHILD asked him to take the trash and give us new lines.

  : the cottage was nice but a little outdated. Could use a little fixing up. But otherwise fine. Bed was fine the pool was nice although, they did close it for a day without an explaination. We had a nice deck to sit on and relax which was nice.
  : room could use some updating. Pool was closed for one of the days without an explaination. There were bases for fire alarms but no working part that plugged into it.

  : Beach was close bsin had no tv/cable not located in bedroom. Ripped shades. Refrigerator didn't work well but freezer did. Stove was not safe at all the back plug was sketchy the burners not one of them flat stove dirty. No curtain in bedroom security lights on which is understandable just put up a shade
  : No Manager say she quit supervisor wasn't helpful. Employees tried but they had no direction with all the issues and not experienced with the mass amount of upset customers. The company needs to pay attention the price wasn't worth the accommodation. Very sad the owner doesn't respect their employees cable was shut down to most of the place except 12 units cable girl came and said it just need to be re-activated if you advertise then these utilities should be active. Employees have not authority for refunds or discounts.

  : Tub would back up. We pulled a lot of hair out of drain, and still lots left. If I was to go again I would take something for the drain. And the battery went dead in door. So we stood out side for long period why they tried fixing.
