  : The size of the apartment was amazing! Plus two full bathrooms was great! Location, to everything we wanted to do, we never used our vehicle once!
  : WIFI was spotty, and TV didn't come in much. But we were on vacation so very little need for TV.

  : The couple managing the property were very kind and helpful.
  : This property is not 3-star and this is blatantly falsely advertised on Booking as such. The furniture is all in condition that makes me think it was picked up for free on craigslist. The sheets were old, tattered, and stained. The towels were sandpapery leftovers from a warrior dash race that they clearly just picked up for free. There's black mold in the AC units. The pans had flaking off Teflon. And all that aside, an Amtrak train blasts it's horn less than 100ft away from your windows 6 times a night from 10pm to 5am. The only way this property remained livable was because we went to Walmart and bought over $200 in new sheets, towels, and cooking supplies. THIS IS NOT A 3-STAR PROPERTY, but they certainly priced it as one. Felt extremely ripped off and will not be trusting Booking ratings again.

  : Nice location, good size apartment, parking was watched closely, let us leave our beach items outside beside building.
  : Charged $75 for leaving the trash( mostly empty shoe boxes)from shopping neatly piled in the kitchen. No where did I see anything about where to leave trash.

  : We went for a bachelorette and the owners were great! They responded right away when the internet information in the room was wrong, gave us a free bottle of wine and when the extra bottom lock accidentally got locked which cannot be opened from the outside without being picked they were there very quickly to help us get in. The location was great, within walking distance of the beach/pier/amusement park, and anything you need.
  : The parking spaces are very tight and if they are all in use you have to squeeze with you door touching the next car to get into your car. It also costs $30 per day per car parked which is a bit excessive. I've never stayed anywhere that charged for parking. They should at least offer 1 free spot and then charge for additional cars if they are trying to limit cars.

  : Stripped. From no chairs on little patio to no hand towels or washcloths. Sheet on our king beds elastic was shot so it kept coming off. Didnt tell us about the $30 parking per day. It was a big a apartment, but thats it. Even the fridge ice machine was disconnected.

  : We didnt think it was fair to pay over 2 grand for an apartment and then be charged 30$ a day to park in the lot behind the building.
