  : Very good location, the owner of the apartment quite nice and helpful, but very pedantic and oversensitive. Very safe. Plenty of key gates or codes gets.
  : Pictures are misleading. There seem to be 2 bedrooms and a living room. Unfortunately tit's not true. The living room is a table with a sofa and a kitchen. One person have to sleep there, near bathroom. It's not comfortable. Second - we had to pay a deposit, although there wasn't a word about it on the booking.com

  : The Apartment is fairly new, but the porch is terrible and it seems like you come into the ruins after war and something will fall on your head. Also around the house there is a construction site and you need to walk throw it to enter the house, in the evening its pretty scary to be there.
  : So we were traveling as a group of five friends and we hoped to have a big apartment with 3 rooms, as it had to be according to the advertisement: 2 bedrooms, 1 living room with a big leather sofa and a kitchen. But unfortunately in reality there were 2 bedrooms and a kitchen with the small sofa near the dining table, loudly working boiler and fridge( so it was really hard to sleep in such conditions). The apartment was really dirty, dust was everywhere and it seemed like the floor was not cleaned after previous guests. Everything in the kitchen was sticky and the bathroom wasnt cleaned also before our arrival. Moreover unpleasantly surprising for us was that we needed to give 100$ to the proprietress while staying in apartment for the safety of property, and it hasnt been said beforehand! This information about 100$ wasnt in advertisement and when we contacted with the proprietress before our arrival, she didnt warn us about it also...
