  : Quite nice place with own style. Every room looks like mini history and its very interesting. Design is comfortable, lighting and pleasant, big panorama windows is love. Hotel locates in a few minutes to city center and very easy to get popular places, cafes, restaurants. Also, there is a place to leave car, along the street or inside the hotel court, just ask the owner to open the getaway. In our room was Smart TV and was a good time to spend with films together. All facilities and clean towels are OK and could change it as wish. Owners very positive, welcome and friendly, and have big red cat as a guardian of order.
  : After arriving room was not ventilated and was a bit hot inside, expected air condition on. At first seemed not a perfect cleaning, need additional floor washing, but in other days was all right. In Jane room no wardrobe or shelves for clothing, only 1 rack with 4 hangers, and it was not enough for 7 days vacation. After asking additional shelved were given, but I recommend to set own wardrobe or little shelves instead.

  : The power dropped out for 3 hours during our stay. Judging by the amount of diesel generators that neighbors set up on the sidewalk almost immediately, this wasn't the first time. Dom Rabinovicha however did not have a power back up in place however. Our bathroom didn't have a (functioning) ventilation. Therefore the bathroom door had to stay open at all times when the bathroom wasn't in use, or it would start smelling in there really fast.

  : This is a really nice place. The room was big and there is a washing machine for everyone to use. My room faced the courtyard which normally means dark but in this case it catches all the sun making the room really light. The family who run the hotel live downstairs and were very helpful, though no one actually mans the reception desk. In the end I discovered that it was best to communicate with them by WhatsApp. When the washing machine was not working they took and did my laundry and gave me a drying rack. The place is about 10 minutes walk from the Potemkin Steps and a bit less to a big supermarket. There is a small one two minutes away. There is an almost direct bus from the station. I will definitely stay here again as it is really good value for money.
  : The entrance is in a courtyard between the Raysky restaurant and the Brik hotel but there is no sign so it takes some time to work out where it is when you first arrive. The Raysky is connected by an internal stairs and you can pay for breakfast there but, as for lunch and dinner, it was mostly closed when I was there, even when there was staff there who mysteriously just said it was closed. The Brik restaurant and Jela on the other side of the street are very good though. Really, the only annoying thing about Dom Rabinvovicha is that you can't pay by card - a problem that could be easily solved.
