: Excellent central location, yet perfectly silent. The apartment is spacious, well equipped and ideally clean. It is located in old beautiful building, but looks modern and new thanks to recent renovation.
: It is my personal feeling, not necessarily generally accepted: the flat is beautiful, but not cozy. The floor is creaky, but it only disturbs at nights. The same is with the water heater, which loudly switches on after every opening the hot tap.

: Big apartment in a good location. Wifi was also good.
: Apartment was a bit difficult to locate. Water was cut 3 times during our stay (including for a period of over 24 hours). Manager didn't tell us this would happen even though there were extensive repairs being done to the water supply in the building. Most disappointing was that he wouldn't respond to my messages and when we ran into him outside the building, he seemed to not know or care.

: Central and quiet. Historic building.
: History not well maintained. Described items/facilities partially not present. No fire alarm or fire extinguisher (not safe for an old wooden elements house). Cleanness was there probably a while before we arrived. In-advance notice of leaving was sent with a clear reason of unmatching conditions stated. Yet, the owner decided to lie and report "no show" and never tried to apologize for the unmatching conditions and poor maintenance of the place. And now, in response, he is continuing to insult and lie about the cancellation terms. Not nice at all, Zhenya.
