  : It wasn't what I thought it would be. It was more suited for a bunch of teens who didn't care where they slepted as long as they were at the beach. I paid for 2 nights but did not stay even 30 minutes.

  : health and welfare were compromised in the property due to the horrific condition and lack of maintenance.Multiple different sized live roaches were crawling around on the floors, the kitchen and bathroom cabinets and counters during both day and night. Cobwebs in every corner along with active spiders and spider webs. Walls splitting at the seams, tile floors are broken with open cracks that can cause an injury by tripping or cutting a guest. Exterior doors are not sealed properly and daylight can be seen all around them. Faucet in bathroom leaks when turned off and sprays water all over the counter and the guest clothes as they’re using it. TV remote broken and inoperable. Kitchen appliances are unusable in their filthy condition with the exception of the fridge. Outdoor grill is dirty, rusted and falling apart and unusable as well. An old broken Portable Dehumidifier is next to the kitchen table blowing hot air from the vent and not lowering the humidity at all. It has a garden hose attached for drainage that is fed outside through an unsealed fist size hole in the wall and into a mosquito breeding, overflowing plastic barrel at the exterior bedroom door. Many of the blinds are broken. Kitchen and bathroom cabinetry is broken apart with some drawers that won’t even open and are filthy. WiFi does not work, No deck, No patio, No Internet and Not Waterfront. The beds are Not “singles and doubles”. They are unstable, single/full bunk beds with very confined headroom space making it difficult to get in and out of or change sleeping positions.  The A/C in Living Room Blows Out Dusty Dirty Debris and Hot Air and the Vents are Covered in Black Mold! This is a serious health hazard that can cause fatal injury and requires immediate action to remove and sanitize!

  : This unit is mold and bug infested. Urine in the toilet from previous renters. Windows missing. Ejaculate rag was stuck to the wall. Bed bugs in all of the beds. Not fit to be rented. Health and building code inspector should be immediately informed and dispatched.

  : Good location, very easy to check in and check out.
  : Needs more air condition in living room & kitchen area, need air condition not dehumidifier in kitchen, had to dump water out 2 time a day, also puts hot air in kitchen. Needs better beds in bedrooms, one of the bunk beds is shaky and very dangerous. Needs some up grades. could be a lot better.

  : It started out fine but then the second day we had other people check in upstairs then the WiFi was horrible they was noisy and when I emailed the owners they say they called and spoke with them but then the noise continued emailed them again got no answer or anything then the maintenance man was coming to get a measuring tape and was just gonna walk into our unit with out knocking or anything then the WiFi was messed up again I called and emailed the owners still got no answer they are incompetent and rude as h*** when you bring the issues up to them they don’t resolve anything with any of the issues this was the worst place I have stayed at and in a year times I visited Myrtle Beach at least 6 times out of a year and this is by far the worst place I have stayed they was no knifes,no pans to bake with maybe 3 pots it was completely TRASH and I will never rent from them again so if you do good luck when we brought these issues up to a supervisor and requested a refund the only thing they offered was a free nights stay or a discount rate at a “newer” place I will not do it it’s not worth wasting any more money to them for any reason

  : Everything worked (coffee maker, fridge, toilets, a/c, doorlocks). Spacious. Plenty of seating. Accessibility to the beach, the little town on main st. and little beach front strip. Felt very safe in the area (As us women walked at night little tipsy)
  : The rooms were smaller than expected. Broken futon made for uncomfortable sleep. The furniture and home decor in the house were not as pictured. The painted walls were horrible. Outside there was trash all on the ground (we picked up alot). Inside fabric furniture seemed damp (like home has moisture issues)By the photos I expected to walk into a beach house, but walked into a FRAT party house.
