No special conditions apply for groups.

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

A damage deposit of USD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Guests must be at least 23 years of age to check in without a parent or a legal guardian present.

The credit card used for payment must be presented at check-in. Should the cardholder not be present at check-in, the hotel must have a photo copy of the credit card and an authorisation form from the cardholder prior to check-in.

Parking permits will be provided based on the following:

1-bedroom units: 1 parking permit
2 and 3-bedroom units: 2 parking permits
