  : The place is way out dated not what I was expecting you would think they would put money into the property! Then steps are loss and you get nervous to go up and down them, beds are so hard I had to buy a blow up bed, and it looked like a roach that came from the stove,
  : The only thing I liked about the property is it being 2 seconds from the beach!

  : The photos are INCREDIBLY INACCURATE to what you actually get. The house is in poor shape, trash in the yard and when we opened the door the tile flooring was broken and cracked, the furniture was disgustingly dirty and dingy; it was practically two different colors, there were crumbs in the bed we had chosen, pre-existing trash in the bathroom EVEN THOUGH we paid $112 for a “cleaning fee”, the interior decor is NOTHING like the photos depicted, we found a cigarette butt in the couch, you can’t even take a bath in this house because the faucet is broken. I was EXTREMELY unhappy the moment I opened the door. The only redeeming factor was the location. Had we not already booked and paid for it, we would’ve chosen somewhere else to stay.

  : The place looks nothing like what was advertised I woke up to something crawling on me when I turned on the light there was a roach about 4 inchs long on the wall, found another one in the second bathroom. The air conditioners work but they are not sealed into the windows so there are large gaps in each window for more bugs to come inside if the roaches aren't enough for you.

  : Close walk to the beach was the only good thing about this property
  : This is in the top 3 of the worst places I have rented!! I dont mind an older accommodation but this and the property next to it are so neglected and run down. No money put into repairs and up keep. Paid a $100+ cleaning fee and NO cleaning. The place is disgusting, nasty furniture even down to the kitchen rug!! Wear shoes on your feet or they will be black from filth! Checked in 9/3 @4 pm. We had no hot water for our 3 night stay. 9 people taking cold showers. Was reported to Myrtle beach vacation station first thing on 9/4 and was not offered a place next door to take a hot shower until 9/5. No plumber ever came to the property. Lisa at MBVS accused me of lying and have refused any type of refund other than a free night stay but had to head home and certainly not staying with no hot water! The water heater/ breaker are bad. MBVS has been reported for this incident and next is the BBB. As you see the dates I rented and Lisa's email was calling me a liar and that her email made out like we had already been there 2 days but had only been 1 night and she didnt send it through booking.com like all other correspondence but from MBVS email so booking.com couldn't see it. Bad business!! Can only post 4 pics..worst customer service I have ever experienced!! Renter beware!!

  : The floor was nasty. My daughter walked around for a few seconds and her feet was black. And that the bunk beds didn't have railing because my son fell off in the middle of the night.

  : It was cold, the beds were hard, the freezer won’t freeze nothing everything was melting & the TV only had 3 Channels to watch was nothing like the pictures.

  : Was not ready at check in time was nasty when we got there the floor had pooled up water all over it. We had to clean before we could even bring our stuff in it smelled like smoke really bad. We had a kid come over and tell us he got kicked out of his house so we could stay there and they would be moving back in when we left. The neighbor brought there dog over many times each day to use the bathroom in the yard so we stepped in dog poop many times. The beds were so uncomfortable we got no sleep. We had a bad thanksgiving due to all the issues. I feel like we deserve a refund or a redo. This property was totally misleading. The pictures must have been taken 15 years ago. I wondered if it was the same property.
