  : We were there to celebrate our anniversary and extremely disappointed. Mattress pad and floors were disgustingWicker chest reeked urine with disgusting stains on pillows, etc. Glad we brought our own bedding We Had to sweep floors. The mop available was inadequate to clean Hadnt been mopped properly for months. Tub needs updating. Neighbors inconsiderate, noisy and blocked our door with smoke pipes and turned over charcoal grill near bottom of stairs. Management did not return call when we first arrived for internet connection. They did turn on connection after message, but could not contact to address other issues. Maybe because it was a holiday weekend.. but they did not call on Monday or Tuesday. Disappointed.

  : The property was close to the ocean which it was great but the condition of the condo was poor.
  : It needs a lot of maintenance, did not find the linen package that I paid for, the condo was not clean, the internet connection did not work. It was not a dishwasher. Old appliances. The exterior is deteriorated, the interior needs a fresh paint, the floor has holes that can let bugs in the property. Poor condition and I felt I paid a lot for what we found.

  : it was the worst experience Ive ever had the property was terrible nothing like I had seen before .the pictures on the website had to be old one.I got there the room was filthy it wasnt even clean I called the office manager she said that they would be there there would be someone there at 4 oclock there was no one there till 530 so the door wouldnt even lock and I asked the lady to have someone to fix it I never saw anybody I had to leave and go home it ruined my vacation I had to go home so myvacation was destroyed they wouldnt even give me another place to stay they said they were booked so please do not rent this condo it is terrible They wouldnt even give me a refund just terrible. this place is a scam

  : The units were in very poor shape the beds were not comfortable at all the place was trashed when we got there we had to actually do a lot of cleaning and de sanitizing before we could even sleep in the place the air conditioners did not work it was just really miserable but for only two nights we sucked it up and stayed but we won't do it again

  : The proximity to the beach, stores and restaurants.
  : The plaster was falling off the ceiling, AC units were dirty and blowing particles of bugs and/or plants onto the bed, constant mildew smell, floor was always damp, insufficient table space for family dining, overall cleanliness was dirty-dust cobwebs, spiders. Outside was very dirty. Trash on the ground, paint on the sidewalk. No door markings outside to identify which unit was ours. The WI-FI listed in the welcome email was not among the available servers. The name was apparently changed. With this being listed as a vacation rental it was very inconvenient to have to bring our own linen, dish towels, TP, dish soap(this was known prior to our stay but still very inconvenient - this is a house rental not primitive camping).

  : The area it was near a park for the kids to play and dogs to walk the place was pet friendly close enough to walk to different stores
  : The Toilet in bathroom was broken the bathtub was disgusting the pictures was from years ago and it was smaller than we thought the beach is a little farther than what was pictured on the site
