  : The location is good, in the old town of Nice. The room is clean.
  : If you travel with a lot of luggages or with young kids, this is not the place. The apartment is on 4th floor (but actually it is 5th if you count the ground floor). No lift, so we had a hard time bringing our suitcases up and down. The closed parking is very expensive, we paid euro 44 per night. No cars are allowed in the old town so we had to drag all the suitcases to the apartment from carpark. Another thing is that they requested you taking out all your trash, clean the dishes, put all the stuff back to the same place before you check out or they will take your Euro 300 deposit if you didnt. Just be aware about this!

  : in the hart of vieux Nice, close to the sea and everything. Perfect location, perfect appartment. Only one thing: it is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator. So it is not good for older people or for people in not good condition. But is written on the page, so we knew it.

  : The appartement is really wonderful and very well designed and equipped, up to the small details.The location is great, right in the middle of the old city of Nice. All main attractions are within walking distance including the beaches.

  : One small thing: kitchen needs some sharp knives for cutting bread and vegetables etc.Was a bit surprised that the 2 bathrooms had no toilets. Only 1 separate WC in apartment.
  : Great location, comfortable beds, everything well explained in the welcome booklet. Really enjoyed our time in Nice and the Old City. Everything nearby, shops, bars, restaurants.

  : Someone met us in person to handover the keys. Location is excellent for beach and lots of good quality restaurants
  : We had to pay 12 to store our baggage for two hours despite already paying 650 (plus 50 extra for high chair and cot rental) for a four night stay. This seemed a bit unreasonable. The property is on the fourth floor of the building. We were travelling with a child and had a lot of luggage and were not offered any help. That would have been greatly appreciated

  : Beautifully renovated, clean and well appointed apartment! Air conditioning works well in each room, which keeps it comfortable during the warmer months. Nice to have a washer/dryer for longer stays. Plumbing works wellnice showers in both bathrooms with plenty of hot water. Apartment is on the back side of building, so it is nice and quiet even though on a busy street. Big television with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc., when you just want to stay in and relax. Modern kitchen with essentials stocked. Beds are comfortable with clean linens. Managerial staff friendly and helpful! Plenty of literature in apartment containing information about all aspects of enjoying Nice/Cote dAzur and environs, as well as instructions for operating appliances.
  : 2 Bathrooms, but, alas, only one commode. Situated in a very old building, so as charming as that soundsthe daily trek up and down those four long flights of stairs (83 steps!!!), nearly finished off these two old ladies! Also, there is a nominal fee of approximately 6 Euros per bag for bag storagenot unreasonable,but we feel the charge should be mentioned to avoid any surprises! Thank you for a lovely stay.

  : Location is perfect, right in the center of old town Nice. The apartment is based on the fourth floor without an elevator, but this gives you nice sunset views. Every room has airconditioning which is very convenient during summer. The furniture still looks brand new, as well as the apartment. Nicely equipped kitchen, a washing machine, ironer, all you could ask for :) Greg and Jan are great hosts too, available for any issue or question you might have.
