  : Air conditioning does not reach the bedroom very well. The agency also say it cannot go below 22 degrees or will cause the AC to break. Bed is very hard and uncomfortable.You have to purchase own supplies for everything. Only 1 toilet roll supplied for 5 day stay. Only 2 bath towels so you will need to wash them yourself. There are also 4 flights of stairs and no lift which may be difficult for some. Wifi did not work. We let the agency know the day we arrived, and it did not get fixed. Staff lied to us and said they came and fixed it when they did not. So there is no wifi at this apartment. The tv cable was also broken and with no wifi we had no possibility of watching any TV or using phones. Its hard to get data at the apartment so we had very minimal internet access our entire stay in nice. The agency did not seem to care. We had to complain to booking.com before we received any response on day 4 and still it was not fixed and no compensation offered for false advertising.
