  : The view.
  : This room was very nasty, it didn't look like it had been clean at all. Hair in the tub & the walls was dirty. The pipes under the sink was linking water on the pots. Some of the pots are rusty. There was dishes left inside the dishwasher that had not been washed, the floors had dirt/sand on them in all the rooms & had not been swiped or mop, plus somebody's stuff was left in the room. And the room had a bad smell. I was very disappointed & felt like i was forced to stay here in this room due to office being close. Do not want to ever stay in a room like this anymore or maybe not at this places.

  : Pretty disappointed. When I arrived the condo was pretty dirty. There was mold in the shower and it was disgusting. There were food wrappers on the floor in the bedroom and under the coffee table. I kept noticing a stench of vomit and after 3 days I finally figured out it was the trashcan and I had to put it on the balcony. The drip pans on the stove were filthy. I did complain and 48 hours later they finally came and replaced the drip pans and came and cleaned the mold out of the shower. I was thoroughly disgusted AND spent an entire day of my vacation waiting for them to show up to take care of these issues. They'd promised they'd come in the morning and didn't until 130pm and 4pm. Again, an entire day wasted. They've told me they refunded me for one nights stay, but I've yet to see it show up in my bank account. I paid A LOT of money for this place and was very disappointed in the presentation and cleanliness and lack of speediness to clean my shower. It's not like I had another place to shower. The parking situation isn't so great either. The parking garage is across the street and behind a building. Pretty far walk with stuff to carry. The whole building smells funny. Don't know if it's the cleaning supplies or what. I only slept in one bed, but it was pretty bad and there was huge stains on the bedspread. The floor wasn't very clean either. I would suggest updating the bedspreads and replacing that trash can IMMEDIATELY. Also, be careful of the armchair in the living area, if you sit in it, you may fall to the floor, literally. All in all I'd give this place a 2.5 out of 5 stars. I work all year for a vacation and this one will go down in the books as the most disappointing as far as lodging.
