: It has a 140 cleaning fee they charge at the time of booking. YET the unit was not clean the top of the trash can had dust and spillage all over it (I cleaned it). We found receipts from previous guest on the floor. Very poorly kept and disappointing.

  : Location..
: Our bed.was full of dust in the head board..a.c was full of dust. I am posting the photos. The agreement said we will have 1 garage key for our parking. since the free parking overflow outside is always full.. we had the hard time to get the parking at 12midnight.. I choose this booking bcos of the location and the free garage parking.i tried to call the booking.com an vacasa but no body return call.

  : Location
: Had to re use towels and wash clothes for the entire stay, no actual staff, had to call 800 numbers or send messages on app to communicate

Very Good

: The kitchen, swimming pool, hot tub and location.
: Nozy neighbors and the smoking area was tapped off. So paying that amount of money. To have to stand on the main street sidewalk to smoke. It was busy and cold. The key didn't work for the amenities had to keep asking others to let us in those areas

: Well when we booked it we ask for ocean front. When we arrived it was ocean view. Was no room on the balcony casue the furniture was to big for the sapce. Tried to call to get another room so that we could have ocean front and they could not do it. Would not even give us our money back. We was willing to pay a difference in price casue the room that was available was 3 bed room and we only need one. So we didn't even stay there but for 1 night.

  : Pool, location not bad
: When we arrived at our place we were not left a key card. Just hoping we don't get charged for it after speaking with someone about it. The place overall was clean, only complaint was dirty floors.
