: The location was good and the condo was nice. Entry keycode arrived in email day of arrival and worked just fine. The layout of the unit was nice.
: We never received an access key card for the building and parking, even though I requested x2. The linens on the pull out bed were dirty and there were no spares and no blanket just pillow. Had to chase down a security guard every time I needed IN AND OUT of the parking deck or the building after 11:00 PM. This was quite awkward and embarrassing. The property manager NEVER showed up with an access key card even though I was told on phone she would. While this was a very nice location and all, we will never stay at this property again unless we can be assured a better property manager is obtained and assured we will be provided what is needed to have an enjoyable stay.

Good

: Lots of pools and the restaurant
: The room was nice but little minor things like there was two broken blinds and the pull out couch was very old and not comfortable and our key cards never worked the whole time we was there.

Disappointing

: There is no front desk or anybody to go to if you need anything. Couldn't get any clean towels, a roll of toilet paper, or anything. One of the dresser drawers was broken in pieces in the closet. The paint on the ceiling was chipping and falling into the air conditioner and blowing all over our bed. The shower knob fell off. We called the phone number that's over the building 5 time's and they said someone will call us back in 90 minutes and nobody ever did.
