Traveller Type: Solo Traveler
  : Great location near metro/train station and Naviglio Grande. For the center you will have to take metro or tram. The room is small but comfortable. There is an electric kettle with tea provided. No breakfast but lots of bars and restaurants nearby. It was nice having Netflix on TV
  : Could be cleaner, I found hairs in bathroom in different places. Towels were old and shabby. Would be great to have bottled water in the room. Noisy aircon but without aircon there is no ventilation.

  : Very clean, great location, spacious room, nice decoration, quiet, easy to get into and staff helpful with early check in and keeping out bags until we left late. TV had internet and apps like Netflix.
  : For the price I think it could have a few more amenities to match the boutique vibe theyve done so well. Would be good to know how to contact staff who rightly arent on call all the time. There was an extra tax/cleaning charge when checking in which is always annoying but booking probably didnt make that clear enought

  : Very close to the tram and the metro station in Navigli. The room was OK and bed was comfortable. The street was also full of nice bars and restaurants.
  : The hotel had no reception, so you could not leave your bags at the hotel and had no point of contact. It was also quite hard to find, and 4 different doors to open before you came to the room. We paid 63 EUR extra once we arrived for taxes + cleaning fee, but no one came to clean our room during our stay. The shower handle was broken, door to the bathroom was hard to open, and there was no nice bedding as on the pictures here on booking. We could also hear the guest staying next door watching TV all night. Would not recommend.

  : Right next to the metro station. Canal at the end of street, lots of bars restaurants very close by. Great location if you want to go for drinks/ food Modern decor and clearly done recently. Was clean and nicely presented. Secure door/ building.
  : Rooms arent soundproof, you can hear the person next door even talking so take earplugs, street can be noisy at night but I didnt mind this as much as hearing the next room. No towel rail to hang wet towels. The kettle didnt have a plug socket next to it so had to be sat on the floor to boil. I also expected the room to be much bigger from pics and reviews but it was just like a regular hotel room, maybe this was just the room we got.

  : Unclean and smelled like mold. Shower had black mold and towels were dirty. Keys to open the door did not work. No staff on site to address issues. We had to leave early and they have not refunded us.

Duomo and Scala only a 20 minute walk for explorers Host was very friendly and provided restaurant and bar recommdationsComfortable bed, fast WiFi, many restaurants and bars nearby

  : Few minor Maintenance issues. Power point hanging out of wall, not all lights in bathroom worked (blown globe), shower head was either blocked or damaged.

  : The location was excellent, 2 mins from metro, 2 mins from bars & restaurant. Very spacious, great shower, very comfortable bed and extremely secure!
  : Lack of privacy at the windows, could do with net curtains, lack of drawers, just a wardrobe, lack of towel rails in bathroom, and would benefit from a small fridge.

  : The shower door fell off on me when i was taking a shower, the shower had clearly leaked water out, and there was no shelf in it to put your stuff. Towels were quite bad.
