  : It was not communicated in advance that guests are expected to communicate arrival and departure times with a level of accuracy and confidence. As foreigners, this was nearly impossible to predict. As a result, the staff was VERY VERY RUDE.

  : Luigi was a fabulous, welcoming host who gave us all the information we needed and was really friendly; a perfect welcome to Italy as a first stop to our tour of the country. The apartment had everything we needed, plenty of space for the two of us and less than 20 minutes from the main attractions we wanted to see. we especially loved how close the canal area is where all the restaurants had as many aperitifs and snacks you could wish for!thank you Luigi, Grazie Mille!

  : The manager was very generous with his time and assistance getting me oriented to the city and neighborhood. He delivered better than concierge-level support to my time in Milano. By far exceeded my expectations. One example, I inquired about where to change money, and he told me not to bother as nobody would require cash. I told him I actually owed one merchant a few euros cash, and he just gave me a 20 out of his pocket and refused any $. Add that to his walking me around the neighborhood to make sure I knew which tram to grab for a particular outing. Great guy.
  : The hallways are dark - some might say sketchy. The property is not a hotel, and so apart from the one front-desk guy with limited hours, there are no services. The shower was very tight, but that's not unusual around those parts.
