  : Good place for a short stay in Milan. The location is great!
  : Unfortunately the apartment was not very clean. There were hair on the bed and the floor was dirty.

  : The apartment is located off the Naviglio, a charming area of the city full of restaurants and bars, but it is very quiet, hidden in the back courtyards of the area. It was as expected, sofa bed was not too uncomfortable and the bed was comfortable enough. The apartment had beautiful views and communication was easy. It had a lift, which made it really comfortable.
  : The apartment was not really clean, and it lacked basics such as sugar or salt, essentials that surely someone spending a few days in a city shouldn't need to buy. There was a very unpleasant smell coming out of the bathroom.

  : there was no air con and it was 32 degrees out. they wouldnt fix it. or provide a fan. The windows didnt open. The bathroom has a stinky drain smell. the hot water went off occasionally.

  : The apartment is in a quiet location, it was really quiet at night, the bed in the bedroom was comfortable.
  : the owner was more than half an hour late in handing over the keys, the apartment is messy, there is dust and cobwebs in the corners, and the water boiler is a real tragedy - the boiler works loudly, there was a breakdown and we had neither heating nor hot water for a day, taking a shower is a real challenge because the water runs hot and cold .

  : Wonderful location. The building has an elevator, which is very handy when having heavy luggage. If properly maintained, the apartment would be very nice.
  : When trying to do check-in a bit earlier than 15:00, we were told that there were other guests doing check out that day and therefore was not possible to enter earlier. When arriving, the apartment was at 14.9 degC temperature (!!!) and many locations (including our bed sheets) were covered with dust; which, of course, means that there were no guests there for days. It took 2 days to get the apartment at a decent temperature of 19 degC; plus having a video call with the host guy while he was reading us a manual and telling us what to do with the heater (because guests are now also expected to do plumbing work) until this guy finally came when I asked him to fix this problem. The shower has a constant variation of temperature, between extremely hot and cold. If you want to have a quiet and restful sleep, dont stay here. The noise isolation is awful. We were woken up every single night by noises from the neighbors.The apartment simply lacks maintenance and the owners clearly dont care about it. While staying there, I have seen that many people have complained in the past about everything I am now adding in this review. So, the owners probably have this place as a cash cow and dont care about making guests feel comfortable.
