  : The flat and the facilities were as described and very well cleaned. It has a good location very close to the navigli district and 10 mins to the closest tube station. However there is also 2 mins walk tram station which takes you Duomo directly. The bed was quite comfortable but the sofa bed was not comfortable and squeaky.
  : There were no keys as explained in the key box before we checked in and we waited the team to bring us the keys. The communication was not easy since the staff was not speaking English. The checkin instructions was not explained well and its hard to open the electronic door locks.

  : Few kitchen equipment missing as bowl and basic kitchen products as oil or pepper.
