  : It's a bit hard to find out the place, but the host will nicely help you. Water cooker was clean inside, but with a weird smell, so I did not dare to use it.

  : An excellent hotel comparing to price paid. Clean, good staff, air conditioning. You need to walk 7-10 to reach the nearest transportation to the city center but it stays after midnight every day.

  : The toilets from neighbouring rooms made a lot of noise. It is not soundproof.

  : The place is very cozy, well decorated very clean and has great amenities. Netflix on the TV is a huge plus.
  : Airport shuttle Please do not advertise an available airport shuttle when in fact there isn't. I specifically chose this stay for the "airport shuttle" option, only to find out that I had to get myself to the location which was 23 minutes away by car! The other option was a driver at the cost of 150 euros, (more than a city taxi). I had a 7am flight from Malpensa, so I had to take a 35 euros taxi ride to the bus location ( which is NOT at the Lotto train station as I was told), dragging around a huge luggage searching for a bus stop half a mile down the road from the train station at 4am. I have taken the public shuttle before and do not mind taking it, however I knew I had an early flight and the shuttles are often late so I chose a place with a shuttle service. This was not it. In fact, this misinformation added unnecessary stress to my travel. Not cool. Also, very difficult to find the place. It took me 30 minutes to find the actual building.

  : The room was very clean and comfortable. We had a lot of privacy but at the same time there was always someone around to ask for help. Annalisa was extremely helpful, she even answered any questions we had at 3am and helped us with things to do in the area. The cleaner was nice and friendly and there was free coffee. The whole place was decorated and kept tidy.
  : There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the hotel. We didn’t like Milan at all - it was one of the worst cities I’ve ever visited, so we were very grateful for the hotel being nice.
