  : The only good thing about this place is the location still I would highly suggest you look for an another option
  : Stay away from this place. This was our worst stay on our trip to Italy. We stayed in many places around Italy but never had such a negative experience. The staff was very rude, inconsiderate and misleading and apartment was very dirty Staff & Arrival: The staff initially mentioned that we can arrange for someone to bring the keys to the apartment for check in, if we pre book a time slot between 3:00pm-8:00pm. When we called to book for our arrival at 3:00pm they said that no one is available to bring the keys for us and that we have to go to their office to take the keys. They claimed that this is only possible upon availability. which was not what was mentioned in the information they sent earlier. When we tried to explain that it was going to be difficult for us to come pick up the keys from them because we had a lot of luggage and it wasn't possible to walk all the way to their office with the luggage, they showed no sign of empathy and nothing was done to try and solve the issue. Instead they had a very rude inconsiderate attitude towards the whole situation. Apartment & Cleanliness: We could tell the room was not properly cleaned when we arrived. I moved the bed at some point when I was looking for something I dropped and I was shocked to find that it was filthy under bed with hair and dirt that has probably been sitting there for months. The apartment is relatively small and not well taken care of, things were not well maintained. For the amount of money paid at this property this was a huge disappointment. Save your money and stay somewhere else. This was our last two days in Italy and sadly they managed to ruin it for us.

  : EXTREMELY prices. not worth the amount paid for the time spent. there is a cleaning fee on top of the booking.com fee.
