  : We appreciate that when we arrived at the hotel, they let us inside the room earlier than the check in time. The location of the hotel is very convenient; I woud give it 10/10. It's just across the train station. There are also a metro station & bus stops just a few steps away from the property. We also loved the view from our room (view of the central station and shops nearby) and the view from the breakfast area on the 11th floor. The housekeeper who was at our floor was also kind. She cleaned our room and gave us fresh towels the next day.
  : When we arrived, there were only 2 small bottles (palm size) of shower gel + 1 shower cap for 2 people. We only had 2 pillows in the room and they were very thin so we had to ask 2 more pillows from the housekeeper. You won't find any kettle, mugs/glasses and cutlery inside the room. You will have to ask for it in the reception. These are just the basic that should have been inside the room in the first place since this is a 4-star hotel. Even 3 star hotels and B&Bs we've been to have them inside the room. There were no complimentary tea bags, coffee or water. I usually drink tea after eating because it helps me digest the food I ate so I had to ask the tea bags from them. They told me I have to pay 5€ for 7 tea bags, but they only brought 6 random tea bags + few sachets of sugar without cups & spoons. Since we're tired from our trip, I just drank the tea from the plastic cup we bought in the mini market nearby. They have a Smart TV but no Netflix or YT, so we didn't use it much.
