  : The man at the front desk took pictures of my passport with his phone cameratried charging me $1,080 for my room and didnt say anything until I confronted him. The keys for our room work for every single room and bathroom, so there is no security. The walls are filthy and there is no private bathroom. I requested twin beds and got two cots pushed together. The pictures on like do not match the hotel, I ended up leaving and staying somewhere else because I had a horrible gut feeling about the place .

  : Budget rooms. We had one with private bathroom. Price was ok for the standard of room. Easy to find, next to Centrale train station, perfect for a 1 night stay. Man on reception was pleasant and helpful.
  : Info said kettle in the room, there wasn't, but good coffee shop and a mcds downstairs, so wasn't really an issue

  : location near to the central station.
  : the location os comfortable because its super close to the central station, but in the evening is not nice at all to walk in the area. on the front door of the building there was many homlesses, we didnt felt safe. the elevatior didnt work in one of our days over there. the room was kind of nice and comfortable, but without the ability to warm the room, and it was cold days. the shared bathroom is a disaster. the toilet was broken. The flow of water in the shower was weak and uneven. and it wasn't clean at all.

  : This is not a 3 star hotel as advertised. The only not negative thing is the location. Walking distance from Milan central station. But the place is terrible. Dirty, smells horrible. Everything is old. And theres a shared bathroom thats incredibly disgusting. I wish I wouldve read the reviews before booking this place.

  : This is more like a hostel. The shower is so small that you have to enter side ways. I will definitely not book again
