  : Apartment is nicely located, close to 24h store and metro station. Two AC units worked well (one in living room, one in bedroom). Apartment floors/furniture were clean, however there were some issues with cleanliness, listed later. Check-in process was automatic, which was great. Room sizes were OK, kitchen was a good place to sit and talk, which was nice. Apartment also has a nice balcony with view on the street.
  : - drain of shower was completely clogged, it was the first thing that we have noticed. No one arrived to fix the issue after reporting it, and at the next day, one of the other contact persons told us that there is some chemistry in the closet that can be used to clean the pipes (but there were no gloves...!). They could have told us that on the same day instead of wasting our time. - the living room mattress was stained and fold-out sofa was a bit unstable - coffee machine was dirty, it was not cleaned before we have arrived - we had to kill some ants that randomly showed up (just a few, but still...) - no convenient place to dry the towels or laundry - just two dishwasher tablets, nothing available to clean dishes manually if needed, we had to buy the stuff - just one small toilet paper and some tiny washing gels, we had to buy washing gel and toilet paper - hallway of apartment seems empty, one piece of small furniture to place some basic stuff would be nice to have

  : Very well furnished and maintained apartment, modern, good A/C even in the hottest days, comfortable and very close to the metro
  : It does not have a key, so every time you want to get in you need to call a italian number which doesnt work with international sim cards. Burdensome online check in process, extremely unfriendly building concierge who called us screaming about A/C discharge dripping expecting guests to fix it instead of managing it directly with the agency

  : The apartment is located close enough to the most places a tourist would like to go -- Central railway station (40 mins by walk), grocery store (15 mins), 40 mins walk to the city center. The apartment is very spacious, and has cutlery, fridge, kitchen for necessary for cooking things. The view from windows is nice. Self-checking is super easy and convenient.
  : The kettle didn't work. And the soundproofing is quite bad -- at nights you can here how someone is speaking or coughing in the apartment above.
