  : lovely breakfast was very kindly prepared by our host - a pastry, biscuits and jam, orange juice, water, and the choice of either coffee or tea. clean rooms with towels and blankets offered! locker and lots of plugs present in the room
  : hostel rooms are only as good as the people you're sharing it with! our roommates were quite noisy during the nighttime, though this is no fault of gogol'ostello of course.

  : The bathroom was within the dormitory and I was fortunate in that the hostel was quiet, so I had a dormitory to myself.
  : My first issue was when I went into the bathroom of the dormitory and found the sink dirty and full of short, curly hair - although when I returned to reception and mentioned this, I received an apology and it was cleaned immediately. The room was very hot (with instructions not to reduce the temperature), the bed uncomfortable (with no mattress protector) and there is no kitchen facility at all, not even anywhere to make tea or coffee (and the only source of water is the bathroom sink), The hostel is located above a cafe (as the name suggests), but as I discovered at breakfast, the coffee here is poor (the worst I have been served in Italy), to the point where I found it preferential to visit the nearest metro station and purchase coffee from a vending machine! The price includes breakfast (served in the cafe) but to be honest, it was barely worth having, consisting of a singlem pre-packed croissant with not enough jam (literally, a thimble full) and a pack of two crostini served with a single cup of coffee,It's no surprise that I was the only guest. I didn't see any customers in the cafe either!

  : - Very friendly staff- Room contains a good amount of air circulation.- Nice common areas- Breakfast is included- Free WiFi- Good location- Good price
  : - No soap/hand gel in the rooms which given the COVID situation is not particularly reassuring.- Shower had not been thoroughly cleaned.- No bins in the room which led to some other guests leaving their trash on the floor.- Lockers were not cleaned out and contained used cutlery.- The top bunk on the bed is only accessible via a not particularly stable ladder.

  : The breakfast coffee was really good.The location was good,near metro,bus,tram.
  : During breakfast we were always given water by glasses that werent properly cleaned,making it impossible to drink so the next days we took bottles of water from the supermarkets.wouldnt really call it a breakfast,too basic,only sweetDuring the 3 nights we only had our floor cleaned once.

  : the check-in and check-out time was not flexible. The heating in the room does not work really good. The bed was not so comfortable. Not worth the money.

  : Good location close to a tramline. I felt safe. The room was quite big and the yellow wall, ceiling, and bathroom were a nice touch.
  : The breakfast wasn't special. On Saturday, I wanted to sleep in, but was woken by a group of people having a lecture at nineish.
