  : This is a small room equipped with everything you need, no frills. It was quite comfortable to spend 1-2 nights, no more. Fruits were waiting for us on the table (photo). For some reason, there was a cooler in the corridor, but it did not work, there was no water (photo). The price is quite reasonable. Photos correspond, if you do not look closely.
  : The host is rude. To verify this, it is enough to read his answers to the reviews of people who were unsatisfied with their stay at this "so-called hotel." We were "welcomed" by the rude and impudent host at registration, treated as if we had already damaged property. Upon arrival, when we arrived later than expected due to delay, the host was unhappy and tried to give us lectures, despite all our apologies and attempts to calmly and politely explain the situation, he continued to rudely answer us, and began to count our money, instead to listen and understand the situation, since we are still his guests. The rules of the room were explained to us in such an arrogant tone that we felt like criminals. There was a very bad impression.The room was a bit dirty (photo). There was a web on the ceiling (photo). The furniture is old (photo). Located near the canals (nothing special), but noisy due to the tram. Wi-Fi caught intermittently, the second day did not work at all, on two different devices. Please note that the staff is not always present at the reception to complain (as the host writes about it), but we didn’t want after the first meeting, it was enough with us.

  : The location is perfect for both visiting the city and attending a concert at Mediolanum Forum (this was my case), the staff is very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable. There is heating so the temperature in the room was also very good, which is important since at night it was getting pretty cold. Good value for money.

  : We like the location, close to bars and metro station so for us the location couldn't be better.The receptionist is not always there but answers quick in WhatsApp.Room has fridge, microwave and even a stove for cooking. Area feels safe and we where out late every night.
  : Building is a bit old and so is the interior of the room. However, nothing unusual for the area and wouldn't expect anything else for the price.

  : The location is perfect: very close to Porta Genova metro station and to the canals. I got the cheapest room, but it was quite, spacious and clean. The room has everything needed, including air conditioning, a small but functional kitchen with a sink, boiler and a fridge and nice furniture.
  : They are very strict with check-in and check-out times and they want to know in advance the exact time you will arrive at the hotel. But, if you travel, sometimes this time can't be exact. This can cause some arguments with the owner, who looks a bit sensitive about this topic. But, if you follow the rules, you won't have problems and he will be much kinder. An other thing to take into account is that you can't have guests in your room. EDIT: The owner, as you can see below, is rude with customers that send feedback. Hospitality is the first needed skill for a person who runs this kind of business. So I have to say that this place now deserves 1 star to me.

  : I asked if it is possible to leave luggage after check-out last day until late afternoon and they offered me to extend the room until this time.  It was very nice. Air conditioning makes a comfortable atmosphere even in very hot weather. It was +34 outside.
