  : The breakfast was pretty good and the staff that waited on us and very family friendly
  : My room was not in a good condition. It was not very clean. The furniture (table) was scratched up and the air was musty so it triggered my allergies. Definitely not worth the over $700 that I paid for 2 nights. I might have to look at a different platform to get my room next time

  : The hotel room itself was not anything special. It was ok but I definitely would not go back. The carpets were smelly and dirty, the breakfast was horrible and location wise there are far nicer hotels along the marina for a similar price!

  : The location was good. Not far from LAX, close to restaurants. Comfortable beds
  : The staff and service: 1) long check in and check out time as usually there was someone with a problem and just one person servicing them; 2) person at the bar was with the attitude I am disturbing him; 3) at the breakfast we were not asked for the room number and seated but ignored. While everyone was sitting with a coffee and normal forks and knifes, we were given plastic ones by the lady when we asked. After it was fixed.4) First morning I had to sign paper bill for eating breakfast with the promise that it will not be charged as it is included. But second morning no one asked. So, during check out as the lady was busy and after my question on the final bill - I was told that everything will be charged from my deposit - however I should not be charged at all. Still do not know if I will be charged for something.5) Cleaning ladies were not talking in English (!!) And they even did not understand the word CLEAN when I asked to clean my room when it was not done till afternoon.

  : Poor customer service, booking.com made a mess of my booking and when i approach the staff at the hotel, instead of recovery they said its not their problem, the bathtub was dirty, i stayed for 5 days and when i ask for service my room was never cleaned (how did I know, the bin wasnt empty), and I was given the GM email to write in about the room screw up, he totally ignored the email

  : The location of th hotel is great, near Ocean, near Venice and near LAX airport.Swimmingpool is good.
  : The airco in the hallway of floor 3 (between rooms 300 and 320) is blowing very hard. I catched a cold because of it, mainly because I had to pass it many times ;-(

  : The cookies and water at check in were nice. Location was good and room was pleasant.
  : I was disappointed that the lobby had a fragrance in the air. I am sensitive the perfume/fragrance. I also got an email confirmation that said masks are required at all their hotels. We almost cancelled our reservation but called and found out the email was incorrect. Also, wish parking cost was part of the reservation. Lastly, I put that we had 3 people (our 17 year old with us). The booking said we would have 2 beds. We did have a sofa bed but no sheets in the room for it so called the front desk and could not get through so had to walk down to ask for additional bedding.
