  : For that price and that brand name, it just wasn’t up to my expectations. The water was cold and then hot unreliably. Hair dryer was like $20 instead of nice. There wasn’t a refrigerator in the room. Felt like they charged me for every little thing. The food which was partially comped was kind of bad. I had to ask for an extra robe and slippers in a 2 person room. They only give you 3 coffee pods for a 2 person room. The toiletries aren’t that nice. Just little details that you expect for that price.

  : Lifts were terrible!! Endless queue of people waiting for lifts, very frustrating. Phones in room didn’t work in both rooms we had.

  : the cheating in the reception, you need to check how much they deduct from your credit card, if you book throw the booking.com you need to be very careful, they will deduct double than the price, more over you need to be care full how much thy deduct, spicily the Indian gay he do not know any thing so he might charge double, do not complain to the general manger, he bluffing you, they try to rub me after I talk to him twice, again be careful and find out how much they deduct from your card, if they get crazy if you use booking.com

  : you need to be careful of he reception they trained well to play with your credit card, you need to check carefully how much they deduct from you credit car, please write down the rate the said and then compareif you book though booking.com, cape the reservation number and the total quoted by booking.com price, and confirm with what they deduct from your card, the staff deal with you are very bad, don't complain to the general manger. with his smile you thing he solve the problem, he not care to follow the mater, why I said that, because, I catch them, they increase the coat 3 time hat was happened with me 3 time in my stay, but other than the reception and the general manger he hotel is more than prefect

  : Really disappointing not the usual Ritz I’m used to. Staff was rude. The bartender was messy, spilled my drink didn’t bother to clean it up or give me a fresh glass. Service was slow. Housekeeping failed no turn down service one night. Room service made mistakes.
