  : The toilet in our room was backed up which meant we ended up having to go downstairs to use the public toilets in the lobby for 2 days. Not ideal in PJs.Told the reception staff about it as we left on the first morning, they said they'd get it fixed, but when we got back late on the evening it still hadn't been fuxed. So it was another morning of going to the lobby toilets the following day. Good job we're young and don't need the toilet in the middle of the night!Staff were at times outright rude, or the odd one was pretty helpful, so a mixed bag. For example on arrival a lovely, smiley guy told us we could have our champagne on the decking outside whilst we waited for our room, then a surly waitress told us off for not eating on the decking when she realised we were only having drinks and not food but said it was OK "this once". Quite embarassingLastly we were initially impressed with our room with a huge beautiful patio, then realised that other guests could walk right past the doors so we had to shut the curtains whenever we were getting changed and it really wasn't private with people walking past and looking in, children playing outside our patio doors etc.Overall, not the kind of experience you expect when paying these prices
