  : - The shower door was broken (absent), which made it difficult to take showers properly.- The entrance door of the room is so thin and not isolated that we could hear everything (cleaners in the morning from 09:00, people of the restaurant and wind making the door vibrating)- there were ants in our studio !!! - no one at the reception to ask for daily stuff- the music of the swimming pool from the other hotel was way too loud, it made us stay inside by two evenings and close the windows as we couldnt hear each other on the balcony.- air conditioning was working but we couldnt adjust the settings. So we had to turn it on or off on the electrical panel.

  : The apartment was very close to a nice beach, the supermarket and the restaurant was very good with friendly staff. The restaurant which is part of the apartments had amazing food. The pool was really nice and never too crowded. There was a big table in the shade in front of the maisonette that we could use with the other group. The studio was modern and comfortable.
  : - only one room key- nowhere to store safely our luggage at departureThe below comment is related only to the maisonette (room 16) NOT the studio which was fine. We were a group of 8 and stayed in two different apartments. The studio near reception, was good but the maisonette in a separate building was really not at all matching the rest of the building or the images on booking. The furniture and walls smelled (mouldy? Musty?) and we couldnt air it. The furniture was very old, freezer door was not closing and wardrobes were smelly so didnt feel like putting clothes in them. it didnt look like anything on the pictures on booking, only the bathroom was renovated. the double bed was tiny, air con upstairs was too laud, two beds were strangely positioned at the entrance of the apartment, no doors to close off any of the bedrooms and there was often laud music from the next door pool until late. The outside table was really good and we loved sitting there but the maisonette really needs renovation.

  : Great place for a family holiday, we had a room for 5 which is a rare find (single bed and double bed upstairs and 2 sofa beds downstairs). Beautiful sandy beach is 5 mins away. Free wi-fi supported work from home. I thought it was a 3* hotel, but we used all the facilities of 4* Kyknos Beach - big pool with sun loungers, nearly always empty kids pool, great kids club, delicious meals. Cocktails included in all-inclusive. The hotel feels very lovely with many cosy dens to chill out and never felt crowded.
  : Misleading note in the room saying breakfast till 11, but it was till 10, so we missed our first breakfast. I was surprised I couldn't get any pastry or sandwiches for kids at 10.30. Would expect more help from staff. Limited privacy as no room doors upstairs.

  : Nice rooms, and always clean. Not so far from the beach and local restaurants.
  : Food in the restaurant, there is always no one on the reception. The room which we booked was occupied by others during the first 4 days of our stay. The manager told us that the room they gave us was better, however it was far from that, one we finally got the room we booked.
